Meet Jessica
I’m Jessica Rae Lovell, a TEDx speaker, senior community bank leader, and Founder/CEO of Raevolution Speaking. I also served as President of Financial Women in Texas, a role that shaped my commitment to supporting women and high achievers in demanding industries. After nearly three decades in banking, I’ve lived the realities of high‑pressure leadership: the perfectionism, the over‑functioning, the quiet exhaustion.
I’ve learned that success means nothing if it costs you yourself.
People connect with my work because I say the things they’re already feeling but haven’t put into words. I help them walk away with more than inspiration. I give them the clarity, courage, and tools to lead differently.
